American scientists make all kinds of investigations. For example, some scientists from Cambridge University started a research in 1993. They watched over the way of living of several people, children, men, women. They have formulated many equations. The red line they have followed was the human’s life, how to live longer and what to do in order to have a healthy way of living. these scientists, who consider themselves “wise” came to a short conclusion: do not smoke, drink a small quantity of alcohol, eat fruits and vegetables, do physical exercises each day.
This is a hard regime. They say that these 4 simple rules make our life longer. it is ok with this, but these American scientists have missed something. Almost all the magazines which deal with this subject consider that sex is the one which makes your life longer. This night occupation or daily (why not) makes you feel younger and better. So, you don’t know anymore how to live by following their rules or following your own rules which you are already sure of. Or we could combine them, couldn’t we? Each has his own theory. Iaca cu sexul sint de acord. Un sex furtunos in de cel ptin 4 ori pe saptamina e cheia vietii lungi. Mai spun babutele care ajung la o suta de ani ca trebuie să lucrezi mult la pămînt şi să măninci legume dacă vrei să ajungi ca ele. Eu cred că de fapt ele ascund un lucru. Că printre toate acestea sexul e cel care le-a adăugat ani.

Nu neg importanţa sexului . Doar că persoanele sunt diferite şi organismul reacţionează diferit. Aşa că recetele longevităţii nu sunt general-valabile.
